I don't know abt u but i ain't got a problem wit spellin mistakes or text speak. We all type wrong letters to a word 4rm time 2 time and most times we shorten our words just so our sentences r short and simple. Y den is it a big deal 2 sum

It is a big deal for some for several reasons

Some can't understand it, some think its lazy, some think it shows a lack of intelligence. There are other reasons.

I can't be arsed to put the message into babel fish . So any text speak or slang is jut ignored

As is loads of writing with out a paragraph in it .

It is a swinging site, not a good English site, but some of us really do not live. In council estates or watch East Enders so have no idea what people are trying to say

It's quite simple use a spell check

text speak just takes me so much longer to figure out what they are actually trying to say, plain English is just so much simpler x
