I can't even consider breakfast until I've been up for and hour - and I'm still in bed and I refuse to budge!

But, if I'm good it will be either smoothie with oats added or porridge.

Well Mr has give me my morning cuppa in bed while we do our fab admin, now we're up and at 'em. He makes the porridge and I stick all the interesting bits in and chop the banana and apple - teamwork
