sounds like a gang bang scenario of guys lined up putting condoms on.

Obviously the hi vis has the same effect - all the normal working powers can be mysteriously diminished. Just one guy working the hole unaffected the rest just scratching there heads observing .

I work on the railway wall to wall orange hi vis and it is the law of the land that 90% of us stand watching the other 10%

Used to take one man with a little cart to clean 2 flights of stairs to the flats. Now it's a van with 3 men. On the first occasion it was 3 vans and about 10 men. Probably assessing each other's sweeping action
