North of The Wall - youll need your vest

Make sure they are the right size, dont use moisturiser or body lotion on your thighs before you use them, dont use fabric conditioner when you wash them, sometimes wetting your skin a bit helps.

Don't use body creams on your legs before you put your hold ups on.

*That should have been - dont use lotion before you wear the stockings, (not before you use your thighs )

dont use moisturising shower gel either.

M and s lace top are good, so are the primark ones.

Buy the right size tho... It makes a difference.

Buy decent ones. I've been wearing John Lewis and M & S ones for years - even daily for work. Don't have a problem with them unless they're a bit old and been washed too much.

I know it's such an issue couldn't do a thing with them when I was doing my avatar. Every time I moved to pose they slipped down. Even my hairy legs couldn't stop them. And don't get me started on using suspenders with them. The rubber strip is too thick for the clips to work. The rubber strip kept rolling down. Nightmare I tell you. A nightmare

Desborough

Have Weetabix and milk for your breakfast. Use the remains in the dish to dab on your thighs before pulling up your holdups. Allow to dry. Hey presto _ stuck fast all day

Disclaimer: other wheat flake breakfast biscuits are available
