I guess its awkward with Easter often falling very close to it, I know the Irish have st pats as a bank holiday do the Scots and Welsh for st davids and Andrews ?

Suns not out here yet..... But its dry and trying. I often celebrate St.paddies day with a drink or more. Myself and lots of other English ppl dont seem to make a biggie/celebrate St.Georges

I don t disagree with you,

Which one would you be prepared to give up,? And st davids day isn t a bank holiday, apparently the bill was rejected by Mr t Blair , although st Andrews day was given Royal assent thats only recent though,

Happy St George's day. I agree it should be celebrated more. There is a parade near me this weekend I think.

No, the Welsh dont have a bank holiday, but I think we should.
