You should put some money down.....most places will let you pay in instalments before the tat gets applied

Be warned....the chest hurts a lot....I have a few tats and the chest is by far and away the worst I've known!

The subject if painfull areas to get done came up today while I was getting done...the collarbone was mentioned as being pretty rough....anywhere over bone really.....chest and inside the bicep apparently.
