I'm not fit lol. Just went and had fun, walked 95% of it and done all obstacles, well apart from one which I attempted but was a feeble attempt lol.

That was the monkey bars, have never been able to do them fucker haha.

I completed it in just over 4hrs

Away with the fairies (Liverpool to you)

My gorgeous husband is doing the Yorkshire one in August.....we are in Turkey so can't do the one in September. He is loving all the training and although he is being a bit of a gym bore it is good to see him being all positive and happy

Did the North West tough mudder in 2012

It can be very tough if you want to push yourself, or take your time...its definitely not a race!

I did Tough Mudda Germany and that was amazing. Fun and still a challenge. Met a few US Rangers and PMC guys doing it for charity.

About 10km in however suffered major cramps lol still have the photos to prove it and the tee shirt

Did northwest last year and booked back in to do it again in September.

Of the team of 6 I signed up with last year, I was the only one to actually go through with it, absolutely loved it. This year I've signed up with someone just as competed as me so there'll be no drop outs.

I did it last year and will do it again this year. I was amazed by how many seriously unfit people were doing it but I take my hat off to them for going around anyway....mad! (Plus I like women in lycra so am easily pleased)

i want to have a go at these.but not this year..im building up my muscle tone so i can handle some harder training first x

It is Henley on Thames in oxfordshire....it is known as LONDON WEST by Tough Mudder
