id love to help but i don't think i would be very good at it. I struggle getting my yogurts into the fridge never mind inserting an implant

First suggestion is to do a lot of research and to talk to at least 5 different surgeons - initial consultations are free with many of the clinics. Get some perspective of what it is she wants to achieve.

I went through the process and chose the best (not cheap but not the most expensive) checked his track record, spoke to ladies on whom he had performed a similar procedure and went ahead with a relatively small lift to give me back the DD I always had pre children but had lost a little bit of the volume. I am very happy with the result and had guys compliment me not even realising there had been surgery
