i like the cookery threads .. latest fab tip ... zap garlic in microwave to make it easier to peel .. this also works for onions .. hopefully for shallots .. which i think are too much of a faff to bother to use

Use oven gloves to retrieve dishes from the 220 degree furnace lol. Fookin 'urts if you don't.
