Reminds me of a joke i read in a mag..paraphrased

what do you do for a living?

I work feeding the homeless, dropouts, d*unks and drug addicts.

Which charity do you work for?

Non, I'm a cook at Wetherspoons

You heard right it's in Stockton, however it's not a pound a pint, think the cheapest is £1.50 from what I seen on the news report

Truro

Don't mind paying for a good beer. I buy my beer based on taste and not on the price.

Isnt it a possible new venue for Benefits Street 2? Sounds like a place for a cheapo fab social in the north east.

Its £1 for a half - £1:50 for a pint, but its some nondescript sheep dip stuff.

It may well be but to be fair if it was sold in the south it would be given a catchy name like Olde Rams Wash and go for £4 a pint
