Girls, do you find you sometimes get a rougher ride in terms of mood swing at times? This month seems worse than usual for me. I'm snappy as fuck and yesterday I burst into tears.

I'm not as regular as I used to be and wonder if I'm becoming menopausal. It feels a little like two usual bad moods have been concentrated into one!

you start to become menopausal in your fourties women start getting bad mood swings i did, my mum used to say its a funny age and she was right.

i started getting hot flushes 5 years ago i am 52, its crap but still not as bad as having heavy periods but only just.
