It's not dead, but this lot are.... today's obituaries in national press contain:-

Lena Horne (think she got a mention somewhere yesterday), singer, aged 92

John Rety, poet and anarchist, aged 79

McNeil Greig, winner of the MC in WWII African campaign and went on to a distinguished career in busiiness, aged 90

Jan Williams, Feminist, aged 69

Jean-Louis Dumas, chairman and moderniser of the fashion chain Hermes, aged 72

just a few of the great and good gracing today's obituary pages R.I.P
