Signing the paperwork to allow my son to have open heart surgery at 10 months old for an op that had never been done before in the hospital he was in. Nearly 29 years ago and all went well. Well after the next 6 ops

As it happens if I had known then what I know now I would not have made that decision as what should have been 1 op ended up being 7.

Whats the worst outcome? If he loved you, would he not accept your unhappy and set you free and allow you to find happiness again elsewhere?

havent made any.

as has been said, they tend to make themselves by their very outcome.

you know what they say, why pick a scab when they fall off themselves.

i tend to just jump when a decision is to be made, rather than carefully consider it, or rather i used to lol.

now that im living alone and i am the only one paying the bills, etc, then i tend to step back and take a little more time over things

Ahh I fear he is !!!! let's hope for a lottery win! Or a knight on a white charger to come save me !!! That would help!!!! .... Oh back to reality!!! Single beds and an atmosphere !!! But a clear conscience and freedom to live my own life out side the house

I walked out 6 years ago, best thing I could have done. We have both moved on and are still friends. Was bloody hard though as I left with my car and 27p in my purse.

Mine was leaving a 10 year abusive relationship with a 5 year old child. With no confidence it took a long time to find the courage to leave. 11 years later and it was the best decision I've ever made.

Having to give consent for the life support to be turned off for my Aunt.

Was Hobson's choice but very difficult for me.

I was closer to my aunt than I am to my Mother

Bedworth

Leaving my dog behind with my husband when I left him and moved in with my boyfriend.

I'd had my dog since he was 7 weeks old but knew I couldn't bring him with me. Leaving him broke my heart.

Turns out it was a bad decision. Today I found out he couldn't cope and gave the dog away. The person who took him then passed him onto someone else to rehome I found out this morning when Oscar's pic was posted on Facebook looking for a home

For me Claire it was having to give my authorisation to allow the hospital to turn my mum's machines to be off. As an only child with no father.
