You wanna see the list Siren made - and updates frequently - of things to do round the house! 1). Buy shed. No problem honey. Which one and what shall I do with the old one? What materials should I use to build the base? Do you want it done now or when it stops raining? No, I can't erect the shed when it's raining as I havew to build the base first and the cement will get soaked and set before I've used it plus it needs to be a dry sand/cement mix for paving bases. 2). Fix sink. No problem honey but I'll need to decommission the sink for a while because if you turn the tap on you'll get wet feet. Why? Becuase I need to take away the old plumbing and buy new ones (after several trips to B & Q cos the prat who fitted the orignal stuff was a fucking arse and used a hodgepodge of fittings, nothing universal grrrrr). Then I need to apply silicone sealant and allow it to dry before fitting new makeshift fittings. 3). Mend stairgate. Ok babes, no problem. I just need to replaster the fooking wall after your sister-in-law pulled the gate off the wall cos she didn't know how to open it. 4). Fix kitchen unit. Hey, consider it done sweetie! But I'll need to get a new cabinet carcass as the only possible place I can fix screws to it has disintegrated when the door fell off cos it had been fitted by Bodgit & Scarper Bespoke Kitchen Fuckups. ~ Now, when do ya want these curtains hanging then? | |||
