im archery, canoe rafting and ghyll scrambling..

am looking forward to it now, but still a little scared...

Ha!! Your body's going to ache like buggery after all that! Still, you'll have a good nights sleep tonight!

Ive been totally worried about today, im not the best swimmer, I also hate going in water out of my depth especially when i cant see the bottom.and getting water in my face!

Im not the fittest person in the world either, but ive been assured that I will be fine and I WILL NOT get wet!!!

We will see!!!

Today ive woken up full of excitement and totally ready with a very excited kid!!!

You'll have a life jacket on!! You'll never sink. Should be hot too. You'll want to go in to cool down!!

Just watch out for the killer spider shrimps. Once they're in your wetsuit....... well, they'll warn you about them when you're there
