Get in the bath the cat wants to sit on the towel box and watch?

Or the kid suddenly wants to tell me something important.. yet hes been sat on the sofa next to me for the last hour...

the on the phone look when they walk in from school is a blue touch paper for them to want to go into in depth detail about their day .... not on the phone when they come in - you'll be lucky with a grunt ...

My cat used to dip her toes in the water when I had a bath trying to catch my feet. Had a few occasions where she fell in! That's an alarming experience all round lol.

And my dog comes in to check I have not drowned in the bath.

Thankfully my boy, although this loud, reserves it for when you're on the phone.

One of our cats tried to get on my lap while I was on the loo. If I'm having a bath all 3 grandchildren will want a crap. One brings her tablet in to play games

I used to have one who was fascinated by the reflections on the surface of the water in the bath who used to fall in about once a month.

You get scratches in interesting places when that happens.

He was also the driving force behind me always putting the toilet lid down after it became clear that he was convinced the water in the toilet bowl was.fresh running water. He kept trying to drink out of it but he was only a little cat.so I had visions of him drowning in there!

One of the joys of being single is doing what I like, when I like.

I do have two cats that watch me in the bath though. And instantly want my lap when I pick up my laptop. And wake me up at ungodly hours.

Mostly I get to do what I want though.
