Some good answers. There are special shower head attachments that work a treat - ensure you get the right temperature settings before use though. Porn stores sell this stuff. Otherwise boots etc for simple, on frills supplies. With autocorrect that was 'on drills supplies', but I wouldnt use a hammer drill until as well bored as some.

An extra powerful bidet should do the trick.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

A hot water bottle style bag, easily available online quite cheaply with warm boiled water with a teaspoon of salt dissolved in it.

I'd advise against the shower head attachments. It's easy to use too much pressure and cause harm.

Should add...

Using warm water helps stop it causing cramps and a small amount of salt stops the water being absorbed through your colon.

If you use plain water with no salt you'll end up peeing half of it out rather than having it flush out your rectum.

Wellingborough

I'm pretty sure that UK pharmacies are not permitted to sell enemas; an American friend tried, when he was over last year, and failed.

The authorities, probably, don't want people putting things up their bottoms.

Go with the advice above re shower attachments etc.

DIY a 3 metre length of flexible narrow gauge plastic or silicone tubing, weight one end and submerge into a sink filled with warm water, create a syphon, insert the active end with lube.

Sorted.

Even if you do use an enema you still need to douche yourself, go with the shower hose idea, it works

Epsom

"Or is there anything else i can use ?"

Start with suppositories and anal douche after evacuation... Use a bit of baby soap in the water but don't froth it up it helps keep the bloating down. Use a sex toy or fingers to get all water out xx

Enjoy
