Ive been so lazy and got fish n chips from the chippy... then we sat by the river and enjoyed them, with a walk back to burn off the badness...

but so say fish n chips have less calories than a pizza.

sausage bacon (2) beans hash brown and bit of toast..

burnt me bloomin egg

not gonna beat myself up too much about it as only had a tin of carrot n coriander soup for lunch (less that 200 cal) and doubt my dinner was over 2000 cal (i hope)
