I dont know whether to be happy or not?!?!

I have lost a fair amount of weight over the last couple of years (size 22/24 down to size 16/18) that Im happy about.

BUT Steven bought me a baby doll not long after we married - very sweet white lace matching lacy thong. He even got the right size I was soo proud.

Anyway I go to wear it last night to discover it dont fit it bags in all the wrong places my boobs no longer fill the boobs - I wanted to cry cos I loved this baby doll

Steven says I have to go out to replace it but I wanna keep it, and buy new stuff

What should I do cry at the loss of my fave baby doll or happily race out to find new stuff??

Well since you say I should renew my vows I will admit we are going to soonish maybe for our 10th anniversary.

I never wore a proper wedding dress - didnt want to wear a rent a tent!!

So I always wanted to do the whole thing again wearing what I wanted to wear and looking how I wanted to look the first time round.

As for this baby doll I think he has already binned it and the girls put the leftover spagetti on top I aint raking in that bin bag not even for my fave thing Steven bought me!!

Steven says I get to buy as many new clothes as I want as often as I want so what happens??

I go shopping for a certain something and NOTHING catches my eye not even a nice bra I think I need to lie down with a catalogue or 2, without looking at my credit card statement

Thanks Mznwty, took years but I finally feel OK about my body, and getting better each day, should have started taking these tablets ages ago

Had a look at it last night and cant alter it myself its all that voile type material with lace round the cups, and thats where the real problem is the cups, with all the bagging and sitting wrong.

Now tho I am dressing like a 30 year old and not like my mother dressed - baggy trackies and mens t-shirts!!

Mind you I never wore the baggy trackies it was icky jeans with elastic waist, and mens t-shirts

I even got my legs out the other day without scaring the old guy at the end of the road

Agreed - well done - its hard enough as it is. glad you are flaunting your legs - watch how you will become even more confident as time goes by.

Was just thinking I still got my wedding dress which could be worn again as an evening gown as I had chosen a particular style - sadly it is a wee bit too small like 3 dress sizes !!!!!

Being 100% honest and serious (for once) when I met Steven I had no confidence at all - I didnt like myself so why would anyone else??

But with him telling me all the time he loved me and I was attractive I started to believe him.

After the birth of my youngest I decided I was the only one who could change me, and I had to do it for me not for Steven and not for my girls.

That was the hardest decision I ever made, and the hardest to keep as well.

It took me needing surgery to make me realise I had to make the most of what I was born with, and no amount of what ifs would make me Cindy Crawford overnight - altho what I wouldnt do for a bit extra height hence all the heels!!

The doc gave me tablets which amoungst other things supress appitite, which means I no longer crave crisps (my downfall always were) and I have learnt to eat at regular times, cos if I dont I get nasty side effects from other medication

I think the biggest problem us women have is the inability to look at ourselves and see somebody who looks good and that I think affects out confidence, well it did me - all I ever saw was the bad things like my thunder thighs and bum that needs its own postcode before J-Lo and Beyonce made having a big bum fashionable!!!

Anyway thats my rant for the night

Just had a look and Steven deff threw it in the bin which my daughters (for once) cleared their plates into along with some leftover cat food deff not gonna get it now. Ashopping I will go ashopping I will go eh I ashopping I will go

This thread reminds me......

Was booked into a Travelodge last year with a meet and i had a nosey round the room. Where they keep the spare pillow in the unit at the door there was a black babydoll covered in what i can only say could be cum under the pillow lol

It was the Grangemouth hotel if anyone left it

hey iv still got size 12 jeans that my ass will never fit into again unless im locked in a cellar somewhere but i keep them to remind me that once i was that size!!

im happy with me somedays other days self loathing not got a look in!

the media applies so much pressure one the "ideal" shape that sometimes we got lost in that idea and forget that we all unique and should celebrate it!

fat , thin and inbetween you gotta love them all xx

That wasnt me I have never owned a black baby doll - red, white, purple and maybe a pink one a long time ago BS (before Steven) but never black

Now if it was a black and pink basque I would have had to think hard to remember if I had lost one

Its when your kids find pictures of you before you had them and ask who the nice looking lady is, then fall about laughing when you tell them that it was you when you were 17 Thats when you know you are soooo not the person you used to be - my eldest did that when she was 4 and I was at my biggest and pregnant

I kept my first bra for years - until Steven asked me is I was a lesbian!!

He had decided to go raking in my wardrobe when I went to the bathroom and found said bra (size 28a) and thought I was seeing a woman behind his back - yeah cos a man can make a lesbian turn straight cant he??

I've lost a stone since Xmas and am on target two lose a further two stones by next Xmas - I know for sure I won't be worrying about my favourite shirt/tshirt/pair of jeans as they are going to be ceremoniously burned in the garden!

I was a whopping size 34, now down to a 22. I had a kid leather coat made in Italy, cost an absolute fortune. I could rent it out for weddings, but hey, it's great for having sex on!!
