Is probably the tiredest I've ever been at work. I week of little and broken sleep thanks to a stupid body clock and stress with work followed by a weekend of lateish nights, furniture removal, cricket and a long bike ride culminating in being awake since 1.25 this morning I am at this moment really having to try hard to keep my eyes open. I'm even getting that woozy feeling you get just before you nod off! 1 hour to stay awake and a half hour drive home....

It could be the first time ever I've dozed off at work!

Any opportunity for some fresh air? Or an espresso? Or a 20 min power nap?

A power nap however unintentional is on the cards. Battling on though. Once I get outside I will be better. 38 minutes and I'm out of here.

im feeling really tired and i have done nothing..

went for a very short walk this morning but been stuck inside waiting for engineers to come.

feeling annoyed that im gonna miss taking my daughter to her swimming lesson
