Charged Twice for upgrade

anyone else been charged twice when upgrading! Can't seem to be able to contact anyone about this, help needed please. Cheers.x

It is easy to contact Admin. Go to the CONTACT button at the bottom of the page, pick the option " I'm having problems upgrading to a site supporter" and send all the information asked.
