Sooooo many passwords to remember. How do you do it?

My memory gets jogged when I look at the keyboard/ my phone layout. I hate having to change them in case I forget the new one.

I have a photographic memory but if I don't use it a few times when I first make one I can go blank. A little root around my brain usually brings it back

A friend of mine has all her usernames and matching passwords written in a cute little notebook in her desk drawer, just under her PC.

Essex.

Was listening to the radio the other day and the program was about password security.

They recommend that you make up a sentence unique to you. Then change every say 3rd letter to a capital and every 5th to a number. Then you go through using every 4th letter/number to make up the password. That way you have a mix of upper, lower case letters and numbers. Then every few weeks you go back and change the letters that you have changed to upper case and numbers.

Then every year change the sentence.

They went on to say write it all down and hideit aaway from the computer....
