Central

Relax before and during your date. You will enjoy it more, and be less inclined to slip up etc. Pamper yourself before, and keep the date light and breezy. Make the atmosphere different to when youve been together as friends. Good luck!

I'm going to attempt to be a good girl, at least until further down the track. Legs not on show they aren't my best asset, my knickers will stay firmly on, will be clean shaven just because it makes me feel sexy lol. I think I could manage a relatively low cut jumper though

"Be yourself "

Unless you're a cunt, then you should definitely try to be someone else.

If he opens the car/cab door for you, if he opens doors for you, if he holds your chair while you sit, if he lets you order first it means he's thinking of you and he likes you.

If he doesn't do any of the above he just thinks of you as a mate.

I've been there, and it was very nice. Just be yourself, relax and remain in control the alcohol intake. 2nd date is the same, however if you feel the need to play, relax as I found it more fun after being told to slow down.

Epsom

And if the nerves are getting the best of you remember.... A quick Wank will release endorphins and relax you.... Also being a little flushed is so sexy xx

Whatever you do don't shake his hand with the hand that you..you know..play with yourself with!

..oh actually shaking hands is not very romantic is it?..

A knee trembler on the canal towpath should be avoided until at least the second date
