sea swimming, cycling, running, gym.

nothing beat a early morning run in the country away from the noise and traffic and people and well everything.

there is a lovely spot near where we live, a forest this time of year all the bluebells are out sunbeams thru the trees so lovely and tranquil.

another fav place is Windsor great park, once you get off the tourist trails there are some stunning trails. just be ware of speeding royals in range rovers.

P.O. Box DE1 0NQ

I used to love cycling but everyone I've had has been stolen so I've given that up as a bad job

I also love walking and now I don't have a dog (I used to have 3 generations of Border Collies), I borrow my neighbor's Staffie for a couple of hours

Must admit that's why I've never looked seriously into the sport despite my background of cycling and running. Ultimately I'd want to go long and it's crazy money
