I used to be able to do this loads when in my late teens/early twenties. 4/5/6 times were possible.

Obviously I am older now and the mind is still there but the body won't manage it that many times now

personally lots of sexy foreplay, build the anticipation, lots of massage , touching and kissing, lots of oral and nibbling. then finish it with a right good rogering no need to repeat if done well first time. but maybe leave it 30 mins to an hour chat have some drinks and start all over again, if thats whats needed.
