Newcastle and Gateshead

the heineken quarters are going to be fantastic...

Munster v Toulouse

Clarmont vs Leicester

Ulster vs Saracens

and then tomorrow... Toulon vs Leinster..

these games could honestly all be higher quality than what we see in the 6 nations...

an open letter to newcastle united

Dear "newcastle united".....

Look, I know you have been playing like your feet have been up on the beach since january... and I know your sold your best player... but seriously... you let man u beat you 4-0!! this has to stop....

If you are my last hope on the final day of the season to stop liverpool fans being sufferable all summer.. and you play like this!, we will have to have strong words!!!

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

Who won the Rugby?

Boat race tomorrow - I always have to watch on my own as no one else likes it.

Would be fun to see someone protest against elitism again, but surely there must be better ways of doing it than jumping in front of a speeding boat and nearly getting your head chopped off by a rowing oar?

In the rugby the winners of the 3 quarters were Munster, clermont, and Saracens

So the semis will be Saracens vs clermont which will be played at wembley, and the winner of the Toulon vs Leinster game at home to Munster

If Leinster win the game will be at Dublin.. They are saying aviva stadium, if Toulon win the game will be held in marseille

So today, tried a 4 mile run after a week off with some sort of Achilles problem, didn't go well and am back in pain again. England v Australia on now in women's t20 world cup final, Tour of Flanders, Toulon v Leinster and finally cricket practice for 2 hours if the leg hasn't completely seized up by then!
