I'm always impressed by the profiles written by most of the RG's on here....they make for intelligent and no-nonsense reading, are some (most) single (sic) men just lazy, illiterate or deluded thinking they're 'God's gift'?!

Just an observation, that's all....GO GIRLS!! X

To be fair, the OP didn't mention couples and said some/most, which doesn't equate to all.

My personal view is that some men write great profiles, as do some couples and some women don't.

To be fair some of the best profiles I've seen on here have been a mix of the sexes, couples, TVs etc bit unfair to put them in a box...it's so easy to differentiate the intelligent people from the thick as pig shit just from reading profiles!

I disagree. I have spoken to people with 'just ask' type profiles and they have been very interesting, funny and brilliant meets!

And yet some people with long winded profiles have been boring as hell in real life.

What is it with this gender divide? Some people are better at selling themselves than others. A well written profile with no photos will probably never beat a badly written profile with a picture of a sexually explicit woman/couple.

It hope it's the whole sales package that seals the deal.
