Mr likes a nice bath or now summer is on it's way a nice long swim in the sea.

Yoga or exercise, getting into nature or the coast, good company and chats, occasional drinks, travel all help me to unwind.

Otherwise, write the stuff down that's on my mind, and put it aside, especially before bed.
