favorite cake....

I had my reward of chocolate fudge cake that had been promised to me yesterday lovely it was too but still doesn't beat my homemade cheese cake .so ladies and gents what's your favorite cake ?

Mines probs the same as you a nice chocolate fudge cake or a cheesecake. Im a big fan of salted caramel so any dessert with that flavour I'll probably love!

Just a nice simple victoria sponge cake. Delicious!

Or strawberry cheesecake!

Havent tried lemon drizzle cake so gonna have to get some of that lol sounds yum!

Difficult to explain but I have just found it in a recipe book.

Butter, cocoa, eggs, buttermilk, vanilla, flour, cornflour, baking powder, sugar and red food colouring. Baked as a cake then sandwiched and frosted with soft cheese, butter, vanilla and sugar as icing. Looks lush! I'm so going to try one of these bad boys out.

its hard to get it really red tried a few different ways but paste rather than liquid works better but once your finished its worth the work it tastes devine making cakes is a obsession of mine ( Mr )
