Kent

I'm in pain... Started yesterday but worse through the night, shooting pain up my neck to behind my ear, sometimes up to my temple. Takes my breath away it's awful.

Did the dreaded google and so far I've come up with neuralgia, sinus issues or the onset of shingles... Did have some sinus relief tablets which helped a bit but that could just of been the paracetamol.

Anyhoo I will ring the doctor but god knows if ill get in last minute on a Friday!!

Do you have any shoulder pain or pins n needles in your fingers? It could also be a trapped nerve.

In my professional opinion it sounds more like Ebola though...

Nope, it's not gone any further down than my neck x

Try a shower, as hot as you can take, and train the jet onto the painful area...

Paracetamol, if you have them...

Hope you get an early appointment, and that it's something not too serious...

Don't bother ringing, go to the surgery and sit and wait, they can't refuse to let you see the on call doctor if you turn up good luck it's horrible getting that kind of pain especially in that area xx

If it feels like muscular spasm try codeine you can get co-codemal non pescription which is paracetamol with a low dose of codeine. Its the best OTC pain relief and muscle relaxant.

If you are doing multivitamins try stopping them especially if you have something with ginseng in it. This is a ginseng side effect for some people.

Of course the best advise is see your doctor. Xx Good luck and as always love to you all. Xx .
