Men, wrist sizes please?

I'm making some woven wristband style bracelet thingies as part of a raffle prize.

I'm not sure how long to make the ones for men.

How long would be the ideal length for a woven/braided wristband thingy for it to fit you with a suitable degree of tightness/looseness?

At its widest point (ie over the wrist bone), 190mm.

185mm just past the wrist bone.
