Friends. When the regular messages stop from friends, it makes me feel like they are giving you the cold shoulder

I don't often get messages from people on my friends list but I like it when I do. I like them being there as I accepted them as friends for various reasons and they are nice people.

I have close friends and family I don't hear from one month to the next. People have lives and we pick up where we left off.

I appreciate we're all different but I wouldn't be getting upset if I didn't hear from cyber friends on a sex site.

On the contrary, with true friends you have the ability to not speak for months and then just pick up where you left off. If the love between friends is there it will endure. If it isn't it will fizzle.

If it fizzles, they were never a true friend warts and all.

In Fab terms 'friends' is a much misused word. Don't lose sleep over people who, when it comes down to it, are often little more than casual acquaintances.

Communication is a two way thing, so if you haven't heard from them in a while, how about dropping them a message?

I have to admit that we have friends on our list that we haven't spoken to to for a while, but it doesn't upset me at all.. I have friends in nilla land that I haven't spoken too in a while, but I know that as soon as I do contact them it will as if we only spoke last week...

I've got people on my friends list i rarely speak to....however i never think they are giving me the cold shoulder...everyone has lives away from here...don't sweat the small stuff

Sorry OP but they are not really friends. They were just being nice so you would have sex with them. I recognise Fab "friends" can turn into real friends but usually it is a convenience to facilitate NSA sex.

Many of the people on our freinds list are in pur thoughts even if we dont dpeak often. But hope they know we are there for them if needed. They are our true freinds

I have a friend like this outside of here. I'm not upset. I was a little down in the dumps yesterday and when you can't air your "fab" feelings at home, then for me this is the only place.

Now and again in my life I have stressful stuff as do we all, recently it's a lot and there is just me to deal with it. I guess i was having one of my mini meltdowns and it overspilled into here. Sorry guys

Maybe they are giving you the cold shoulder,maybe they think you're giving them the cold shoulder if you never make the effort to message them either

Just because they are on my friends list I don't expect constant contact or be expected to be making constant contact.

Most in my friends list I keep in touch with outside of fab and I interact with nearly all of them on the forums anyway.

My friends list is so low on numbers I can count them on one hand, but I'm not to worried if I don't hear from them. As others have said we all have lives outside FAB.

I have a group of hardcore friends that ive known for a long time and mainly keep in touch off site

People that ive met at parties or clubs that add me because we've chatted at the time but then don't really talk on here I delete,its not personal I just don't see the point of having them on there,im sure they're not bothered either,if I saw them again id still chat to them
