If I HAD to do it, it implies that its inevitable therefore whether they could see into the future or not it would still happen. Seeing the future means just that it doesn't mean they can change it. I would therefore choose the easiest method for me and the least painful and quickest method for them.

I took the original question to be had to as in it was non negotiable. But I have never met anyone who can see into the future and I have never wanted to kill anyone so I might stop worrying about it and go to sleep.

I'd actually infect them with a deadly virus that takes time to show any symptoms but I'd infect others close else close to them so they wouldn't know where it's come from or how they'd caught it.
