They say you do....and it's true.

Went to try and book an online easyjet flight today. I know there are multiple flights from Inverness to Luton a day and I wanted to book a mid afternoon flight.

Turns out I can't online. They only offer you the cheapest seats available on any given day, you have no choice on time. I assume they fill up a flight, then move on and fill the next flight etc.

If I want to choose my flight I have to book over the phone and pay a lot more. Checked and Flybe is the same, so assume they all are and you only save if you have no agenda.

Just thought I'd share my enlightenment for the day.

Really. We book easyJet all the time, on line.we pick the times and dates we want. Not on that journey though so don't know if that makes a difference.

Titz Towers, North Notts

Perhaps it's a local arrangement up there? Ruddy annoying all the same.

Im sure they used to. Last time I booked I could.

Just as an exercise in case the days I was looking at were all full, I tried a random day in a few months and still the same thing.

The other thought is that there are no longer several flights a day.

I suspect that is the case, most airlines offer all flights online but vary cost depending on demand. Check the flight timetable on the site.

You're a day early Jodes.

And it's not exactly a rant, especially not compared to some of your classics.

And it looks like it's only one flight a day now.

Yes, so it seems. Obviously cutting the air bridge prior to independence.

Guess I must exercise my flexibility muscle.
