When we first came to this country going to bed when it was still light was strange. Coming from the Equator there is no sunset - it's daytime and then it's nighttime.

I need to get to bed early so that I can wake up on time. It was so grey and dark in Glasgow that I didn't really get adjusted.

My body clock is so weird anyway I don't need time to adjust. The change just gets lost in the general chaos.

I tend not to get jetlag for the same reason.
