I love bacon sarnies but not when the butter has all melted cos I hate soggy bread - hot toast should be buttered immediately though, lots of it too!

Yuk i have ta have bacon or sausage sandwiches on dry bread no butter errrrrr yuk the thought xxx

I prefer mine with white or 50/50 bread, toasted, cooled so that when buttered on one side it does not melt the butter, French mustard on the other side, bacon has to be smoked streaky fried until quite crispy, sufficient to cover the bread fully, freshly ground pepper, yum yum!
