I'm really thinking I should do something more constructive on my lunch hour than sit and read the forums.

What do you do on you lunch break?

I go out. Wander round the shops, have a coffee or meet up for lunch. I never stay at my desk unless it's tipping it down but even then, there's a lovely caffe over the road.

Pretty much the same although lunch time is flexible very flexible.

I don't always get a lunch break. It was enforced as I have a fair drive to do in a bit. Normally I work through or eat on the go.
