I've had these since as long as I can remember. Been circumsized from childhood too, so always thought it was down to my glans being exposed all the time, rubbing on underwear etc. never thought about it much though,and never been an issue for me or anyone I've been having sex with either.

Dont think it's anything to do with being circumcised. They are just sebaceous cysts - where the gland or pour has got blocked up. They did my head in personally, even though they weren't that big.

They put a numbing agent on it (there's probably a medical term for this), then use a small hook that looks a bit like a dental fork. It gives of a mild static looking charge, and it zaps the gland/spot and that's it. Over and done with in 1/2hr with a lifetime guarantee.

Tbh, mine aren't that big. They don't catch on anything, cause me no discomfort or anything so I'm quite happy to leave them alone. I tried taking a picture of them when I'm hard to show everyone but the pics keep coming out blurred!
