Forearms?

So, took my mum and my aunts out for dinner last night and everyone's taking pictures. Today, looking at these pictures i've reslised my forearms are a bit tiny aren't they?

...i need to start getting wanking. I need to stimulate some growth. It's a bit out of proportion to the rest of me.

I kno my whole body's a bit out of whack for fab anyway and my Argos catalogue has seen better days.

So, sat here wondering what's everyone elses weirdest/strangest/disproportionate body part?

That's unusual, it's usually the other way around, dudes working their upper body and forgetting their legs!! Makes me giggle when you see some really stacked guys, then little chicken legs peeping out!

My favourite forearm exercise is gripping a barbell as long as I can, it gives a great forearm pump.

Pull ups seem to help...try wrapping a towel around your bar to thicken it, takes more grip strength. or curling with a full wrist motion....one armed hangs or those spring grips should help build them fella

I would like to think I'm fully in proportion, I have a big ass to match me big boobs.... It balances me out.... Honest
