Its well documented, he could do it when he was a lot slimmer though me thinks.

First saw it in an old style cinema with a ginormous screen. That opening scene is the only time a film has made my jaw literally drop with wonder.

I saw a boxing movie once called Homeboy where there was no dialogue for the entire first scene. It was just a fight and the guy won the fight left the gym walked to a bar and order a drink. All he said was "whiskey". He drank his drink real slow and left the bar. It was real effective because there was all this action but no words were spoken.

No denying the power of Saving Private Ryan, your heart beats like crazy and I personally ducked.

For frivolity tho Goodfellas and trainspotting.

For goosebumps Shawshank Rdemption, seeing that aerial shot over the prison combined with very stirring music as Andy Dufrayne arrives.

Pulp fiction without a doubt in my mind. Can't believe it will be 20 yr old this year! Still have a love for Chanel "rouge noir" nail polish that I had to go on a waiting list for when uma Thurman wore it in the film!!
