Sunday nap

I desperately need 40 winks after a very late night last night and a spot of traveling this morning...

But I've for to be somewhere at 6 and it's far to late to nap now...

So who on here does take a little nap?

Power nap too top up the batteries? Or a nice long nap?

Just had a 3 hour sleep after only getting 3 hours last night.

I power nap if I have nothing to do, through being bored I think some times x

I try not to nap during the day as I need long naps, I really wish I could master the art of these little power naps, I'm envious of anyone who can do them
