Ive just been brought a cheese and pickle sandwich,a kiwi fruit and a cold cup of coffee for breakfast,because Abbey isn't allowed to touch the hot kettle

Mothers Day can be a hard day for lots of people for different reasons. My heart goes out to any Mum who has lost a child.

And all those children who have lost their mums.

I have lost two friends recently both had young children between 4 and 13, it just tragic.

Lets make it a day to be grateful for all of the things we have in our lives xxx

Mother's (and Father's Day) can be tinged with sadness for so many of us but it is all part of "the circle of life". To all those with children I wish you a very happy day and to those who have lost their mothers I hope like me you have a host of happy memories to draw on. I cannot imagine how awful it must be to lose a child or how difficult days like today must be, my heart goes out to you.
