Yes and it isn't as much fun

Although I did just spend 8 minutes on the phone booking an opticians appointment and the conversation included tricks with blu tac, pretending to be deaf, nicking biscuits and getting people to phone up trying to buy a car from the girl next to the one I chatted to and the advisability of OAP discounts. It was a bit surreal.
