Water off a ducks back

When out on Fri eve, we saw a mother and her chicks, all in a line.

I was taking a pic of the chick at the back cos he was being a reprebate and not conforming!!!

Suddenly, mother swam down , gave him a good pecking and put him back in his place,

Now is that the pecking order or what, lol

Geese are the same. I used to have a few and they would nip the little uns hard if they didn't tow the line.

they are funny.

They are allowed to nip their little uns to get em toe the line,

But we arent allowed to smack or kids to do so.

Yep but ducks don't have all the #pc brigade about. I kind of miss my geese but hey ho.

Nope! I Had 2 originally called Dave & Vicky and they had 3 little uns, Brooklin, Romeo and Cruze but Mr foxie eat 2 little uns so i ended up giving them to a friend who could keep them safe.
