Run her a bath, breakfast in bed with a red rose and 'sorry' written on your bum in lipstick. Or permanent marker if you're likely to do it again. Or a tattoo if you know you will...

sorry fell asleep. so yee I left the house at about 1800 saying I wouldn't be long and telling her to wait up... At about 0250 I received a call "WHERE THE FUCK ARE YOU" eventually getting home at about 0330 to the silent treatment

this will call for mortgage rated shoes/shopping trip.

thats unforgivable.

we went to a sports 'do' a few years ago, and i got called to one of the lads rooms.

i told V to sit tight as i wouldnt be long (thought he was just gonna thank us for working hard through the season and give us a token for a drink at the bar or summat)

got to the room, out came the jagermeister, got back tot he table to a VERY annoyed V who had been sitting waiting for me for an hour.

took me days to get back in her good books, so you are mightily screwed lol

What is it with men that do that? C does my head in walking out the door saying he'll be half hour and then don't see him for hours on end! Its not hard to pick up the phone!

If I was her it would take a huge amount to make it up starting with a genuine apology and the removal of this thread. If you can't come up with an idea yourself or ask her how you can make it up there's not much hope.

...and if the apology came in the form of gifts, I would be even angrier. I would like an heartfelt apology and the recognition of why I was angry. Then it's make up and move on.

it isn't difficult is it and yet so many people (not just men) fail to understand this. If wrong has been done admit it, apologise, discuss, learn and carry on wiser and happier.
