The rain just came down in a big downpour - and was bouncing in the windows - so i ran upstairs to close the windows so it didnt bounce in and wet my beds.

And...

...

i looked over the back as i heard a noise - and the geezer is HOOVERING the water off his patio!!!

I can still hear him at it now!!!

Is that mad or what????

He must be getting wet while out doing this???

WHY

Or am i missing something???

lol dunno but maybe he has a problem with it and laid it to falls so the water runs back into his house and floods it. I know it sounds stupid but i have even seen proper builders do this and cause all sorts of trouble.

On the other hand he could just be mad as a fish

Is it a water pump ? A hoover would explde surely ? Is it a carpet shampooer?

maybe if he doesn't fight it he risks flooding.

You may be right there really, cos his back garden leads onto mine, and is 4 foot higher than mine, cos of the way of the land.

So he is either trying to stop MY garden being flooded as that would be nature, or you are correct!!!

Is funny watching him with this big machine hoovering up the rain tho,
