Well they portrayed in in The Tudors and it blooming make my eyes water " I watched a TV programme once about the Tudors and they said we would find it hard to understand what they were saying as language and intonation and dialect had changed so much. The example they gave was 'hallowed be thy name' which they thought the Tudors would have said as 'hallod be tha nom'. | |||
