I've been recently harassed by a member from fab, but reporting him and blocking him really won't solve the problem. This person is not who they say they are and has multiple accounts and I think is doing the same to others?

Contact admin - I think they can track an IP address so all the persons accounts can be identified.

Report from the profile and block.

If he is harassing you outside of the site you will need to report it to the relevant authorities.
