Turn on or turn off? Why?

A turn on for many

A turn off for many others

Pontificate it all ya want, but that's gonna be the outcome.

Reasons will vary by person

I love sexuality in all it's glorious diversity.

Think the only thing I haven't been at one point or other is a lesbian.

There's time yet

Central

Some people who don't meet bi or bi curious guys don't do it, not because the guy is a turn-off, it's typically for other reasons, so I think I've picked up from others.

If I'm with someone, I often want them to have me as at least 99% of their attention focus. Some group play can be great, but it all depends on what you like when you're playing. I do group play when I'm more turned on by wanting to share the play.

Choice is everything and absolutely right of course. Just reading a few other threads though and it seems that most men who put it on their profile find they are far less successful in meeting people than when it wasn't there. I suspect most bi-curious guys and straight but are open to experiment if the situation and people are right but having a label of sorts means many people discount them. I suspect you are right though, I doubt many people would elaborate further than either turn on, turn off without wanting to express why.

Fair point, but I'm sure that could be established pretty quickly? A quick " how bi are you, what are you into and is there anything you don't like?", as an example?

Very Straight Turn off because it usually is displayed by a homophobic which I dislike and is someone that is intolerant.

Bi curiosity and acceptance of sexuality a turn on.

Out and out Bi sexuality turn off because I just don't fancy it but can completely understand it but would probably avoid a completely Bi sexual person if it said so on their profile and was very specific on their likes and dislikes. But as I posted on another thread there are degrees of Bi sexuality which I could accept.

Yes I ought to add to my comment that I would seek to find out if we were compatible in likes and dislikes first.

I thought bi curious meant they don't know what they like? I like men who have had plenty of experience with other men. I wouldn't turn a bi curious man or two down if they wanted a mmf but my preference would be 2 men who know what they want and want to do it with each other

I guess it is a vague label. I use it as I have played with guys as part of a mmf or group fun where the woman or women enjoy it, but wouldn't have any interest in meeting a guy alone.

"So wrong two males adam and eve not adam and steve as the bible says"

quoting the bible on a sex site: hilarious! I'm sure you've missed the irony that all of us on here is breaking some religious commandment.

As to the op: it's a turn off for me, the same as a married man would be. They don't add to my sexual experience I've found so I don't meet them.

"So wrong two males adam and eve not adam and steve as the bible says"

This is why almost all female profiles say bi and almost all male ones say straight.

It's peer pressure, a typical male fantasy is 2 women. 2 men together is somehow seen as unacceptable so we're left with a skewed reality in the swinging world.

I don't personally believe the numbers of bi females is representative of the truth as it's almost all profiles.

I also don't believe the number of bi males on here is representative of the truth as it's almost no profiles.

I will have to check the bible to see where it says God approves of women giving each other oral sex! Walking arm in arm, whether you be man or woman doesn't imply anything about your sexuality.

a lot of men I talk to only want to do oral. I want everyone to fuck. I wouldn't demand of course but I like full on sex in bi situations

Bi curious = bi sexual

Bi sexual = gay without the ta-da

I thought the very nature of swinging was to be open minded and accepting of others. I think if people want to experiment and try new things, this should be encouraged!

Perhaps people should make it clear on their profile as, similarly to the 'soft swap only' everyone seems to have their own boundaries ... And is entitled to!

C describes himself as bi-curious because he has a fantasy of playing with another man, although we have yet to find that man ... and it may just remain a fantasty! He is, however, 100% straight in all our couple meets to date. I like bi/bi curious guys....to me it seems to mean less hang ups about cocks being in close proximity!

Similarly I describe myself as bisexual, but that doesn't mean I ravage all women! Yet some couples with straight women are put off by that. Hey ho.

It's never affected my meets - either when I was single or now.

I suspect those worried about putting bi/curious are probably not being that successful with 'straight' on their profile either!

It doesn't really bother me either way but so far most bi guys are indiscriminate with who they fuck and not really that interesting personality wise. I am sure I will find an interesting one at some point maybe I will have to travel further north to do so.

Interesting observation that bi men will shag anything, would others agree with this?

Nope. Not the case at all.

Bi guys are no less discerning than straight ones - they simply have a bigger cross section to select from
