Moving is always a pain. I have done it 4 times since 01 and glad i am settled now. Hope you manage to find everything as i am still looking for lost items 2 years later!

we moved again in august last yr and although we like it here ultimately we want to move down to the south coast some day

I have moving, hence I would do whatever I could to stay in my current house, as I still have not got over the horrible relocation process 3.5y ago!
